TheOptiPure BWS1500/300 HFWater Treatment Systemutilizes Reverse Osmosis (RO) to remove>97% of theTotal Dissolved Solids (TDS) from water. Then, a balanceof minerals is dissolved into the RO water, followed bya precision blend valve for further TDS adjustment, toprovide desirable optimized water TDS. The system ispump-driven and will produce up to 1500-gallons perday of optimal quality water for applications where TDSreduction or the removal of the majority of hardnessminerals is required. This complete system includesintegrated pre-filtration with particulate and chlorinereduction, reverse osmosis, blend valve and mineraladdition, in a space saving, wall-mounted design.Adjustable reject flow control allows precise adjustmentof product/reject ratio. A built-in full system bypassvalve and sample port assures no service interruptionand simplifies routine maintenance. Also included is a300-gallon atmospheric storage tank (with a sub-micronair breather) with a 1 hp floor-mounted repressurizationpump, a 16-gallon buffer tank assembly and a 1/2 outletthat allows for high-flow applications. Hose, tubing andfittings required for installation are included.

Applications

Any foodservice equipment where it is desirable toremove existing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) andprovide a consistent balance of buffered TDS.
